The Handmaids of the Holy Child Jesus (HHCJ), Ghana Province, have started a special programme for the whole month of July 2026.
This period is dedicated to helping young people discover and follow God’s call to become Catholic Sisters.
This year, the Sisters want to show the world that Religious Life is still beautiful and full of joy. Their main message is, “May every Sister be a sign that vocation still blossoms among us.”
Instead of just talking about it, every HHCJ Sister is encouraged to live happily and work hard in her community. When young women see the Sisters living with love and peace, they will also feel inspired to serve God.
Throughout July, the Sisters across Ghana will make visits to schools and hold community programmes to talk to youth. By using their official brochures and sharing inspiring pictures of their work, the Handmaids of the Holy Child Jesus want to make it easier for young people to understand Religious Life.
They are inviting everyone, Families, Churches, and Friends to support them so that more young women will say “Yes” to God’s call.
